Under "A Really Good Friday Night" and you'll see this:
With this on TV:
And this in my lap:
I started this Misty Garden scarf from Scarf Style this afternoon -- after coffee with my girls and grocery shopping. And while I did laundry. The yarn is Mountain Colors Mountain Goat in the Elderberry colorway. The needles? Clover 6's. Such a quick knit, and easy (good for multi-tasking) -- that's about 24 inches there. I think I'll finish this skein (I've got two), leave the stitches live, knit the other skein and kitchener the two halves together so they're symmetrical. They don't do this in the book, but I think that this feather and fan stitch has a top and a bottom, so knitting the scarf in two pieces so the ends hang symmetrically makes sense to me. I'm using the Scarf Style numbers because I'm a lazy scarf maker -- I likely could have figured out the parameters of an f and f scarf on my own, but why do math when you don't have to.
Happy Friday!

I'm knitting the Chevron scarf from Scarf Style and I was considering knitting half and then the other half so they match. But I'm too lazy so I won't. Hah!
