I've been awol, haven't I?
I had composed a great 'Twas the night before Christmas thing that started: " 'Twas the week after Christmas, and all through the house, every creature was present, even the mouse. Their presents were strewn 'cross the living room sans care, in hopes mommy dearest would just leave them there. The leftovers in the fridge, the recycling, the blog -- all of it un-done.... " and that's all, I can't rhyme blog in my current state of undoneness...So. I haven't left. I'm just on hiatus. Until the Christmas stuff is put away, anyway. Boy, those veteran bloggers make blogging through the holidays look so easy...So, amuse yourselves. I'll be back next week with lots of knitting. Promise.
All you need is Nascar on the tube and you'd have a party at my brother's house. No, seriously! Scary, huh?
